    Full symposium (from Wednesday 4th to Friday 6th) registration fees include:  meeting attendance, coffee breaks, lunches and social event on Wednesday, July 4th.
    One day attendance (Wednesday 4th and/or Thursday 5th and/or Friday 6th) registration fees include: meeting attendance, coffee breaks and lunches.
     
    Social event:
    Social event is included only for full symposium prices mentioned above.
    Social event is not included for “One day attendance” price. However participation to the social event remains possible and is subject to payment of an additional fee according to the price mentioned below.

  • Please note that once your registration is complete, and the payment is received, you will receive an email with a link to complete a form in order to get your Official Letter of Invitation for your visa process. Be sure to enter valid and correct information in all the fields. If some information are missing, your invitation letter will not be valid for visa request.
